摘要
复混肥料在我国农业生产中所占地位越来越重要,目前国内多数复混肥生产企业的技术及装备仍然非常落后,加强自动投配料、沸腾炉燃烧、电子称量、自动码垛以及电机变频等先进技术集成应用于生产系统,能够有效提高产品质量,提高生产效率,降低单位产品成本,提升企业产品的市场竞争力。
Compound fertilizer plays more and more important role in agricultural production of China. However, the technology and equipment of most compound fertilizer enterprises in China are still very backward at present. Applying more advanced technology such as automatic batching, fluidized bed combustion, electronic weighing, automatic palletizing and motors variable frequency to production system can effectively improve product quality and productivity, lower the cost of single product and promoting the market competitiveness of the product.
