摘要
香料烟在加工过程中,需要尽可能降低原烟的烟耙率,现有的一级风选系统难以满足生产的需求.因此香料烟的多级风选系统应运而生.新型多级风选有效减少原烟造碎,增加叶片的大、中片率;采用循环风对除杂斗侧向补风,实现对物料的层次式逐级分离,大大提高风选效率。

Oriental tobacco winnowing system came into being. New muhi-levelthe winnowing effectively reduce the original tobacco made pieces, increasing the leaves, in the piece rate; using circulating air impurity bucket lateral air make-up, to achieve the level of the material step by step separation, and greatly improve the efficiency of winnowing.
