摘要
目的探讨突发性耳聋发病年龄、就诊时间、耳聋程度,是否伴发眩晕、耳鸣,高压氧治疗对疗效的影响等。方法回顾性分析中南大学湘雅三医院2010年1月至2012年1月收治的114例突发性耳聋患者的临床资料。分析突发性耳聋的疗效与发病年龄、就诊时间、就诊时残留听力多少、临床伴随症状的关系等。结果中青年患者疗效较老年患者好;就诊治疗时间与疗效呈正比;听力损失程度与疗效呈反比;伴有眩晕症状者疗效差;耳鸣对突发性耳聋疗效影响不明显;高压氧治疗对早期突发性耳聋效果较好。结论了解影响突发性耳聋疗效的因素,在治疗突发性耳聋时针对病因及对症采取综合治疗,可提高治愈率。
Objective To investigate the influence of onset age,time to seeing doctor,deafness degrees,complicating vertigo and tinnitus, and hyperbaric oxigen therapy on the curative effect in sudden deafness. Methods The clinical data of 114 patients with sudden deafness admitted in the Third Xiangya Hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. The relationship between the curative effects with the onset time ,time to seeing doctor,residual hearing and complicating symptoms. Results Young and middle-age patients had better curative effects than the elderly. The time to seeing doctor was positively correlated with the curative effect. The degree of hearing loss was in inverse proportion to the curative effects. The patients with complicating vertigo had poor effects. Tinnitus had no significant influence on the curative effects. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy had better effects in treating early sudden deafness. Couclusion Understanding the factors influencing the curative effect of sudden deafness and adopting the comprehensive treatment aiming at the etiology and symptoms in treating sudden deafness can increase the cure rate.
