复方沙棘籽油栓治疗细菌性阴道病的临床研究 被引量:26

Clinical study of compound sea buckthorn oil suppository in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis

摘要 目的研究中成药复方沙棘籽油栓调节微生态环境对治疗细菌性阴道病(bacterial vaginosis,BV)的临床意义。方法选取2011年4-12月北京大学第一医院等3所医院符合细菌性阴道病诊断的女性患者116例,采用多中心、前瞻性、随机、剂量组平行对照临床试验,分为甲硝唑组、复方沙棘籽油栓组、联合应用甲硝唑及复方沙棘籽油栓组(联合组),在停药的第(7±3)天和(28±5)天分别随访患者1次,采用Nugent评分进行BV诊断及疗效评价。结果共有100名妇女完成研究,其中甲硝唑组36例、复方沙棘籽油栓组36例,联合组28例。三组患者入组及第一次随访时各项指标无显著性差异,但是在第二次随访中显示甲硝唑组的疗效欠佳,甲硝唑组的Nugent评分(5.66±2.14)显著高于复方沙棘籽油栓组(3.42±1.61)及联合组(3.62±1.82),F=11.672,P<0.05。甲硝唑组仍有51.7%的患者存在白带增多的症状,显著高于复方沙棘籽油栓组(8.7%)及联合组(20.8%),卡方值12.669,P<0.05。结论复方沙棘籽油栓可以改善阴道微生态环境,治疗BV是安全有效的,且复发率低。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound sea buckthorn oil suppository in the treatment of Bac-terial vaginosis (BV). Method A multicenter, prospective, case control clinical study was carried out. The study groups included metronidazole group, compound sea buekthorn oil suppository group and the combined group. In the withdrawal of 7 ± 3 days and 28 ± 5 days, respectively, patients were followed up. Nugent score was used to diagnose BV and evaluate its curative effect. Result A total of 100 women entered the study, 36 women belong to metronidazole group, 36 belong to the combined group and 28 belong to the combined group. No significant difference of each indicator was observed among the three groups when patients entered the study and during the first follow-up after therapy. But in the second follow-up, metronidazole group's Nugent score (5.66 ± 2.14) was significantly higher than that of the com-pound of sea buckthorn seed oil suppository group ( 3.42 ± 1.61 ) and the combined group ( 3.62 ±1.82 ), ( F = 11. 672,P〈0.05). During the second follow-up, 51.7% patients in metronidazole group still had symptoms of leu-corrhea, which was significantly higher than that in compound sea buckthorn seed oil suppository group (8.7%) and combined group (20.8%), ( X^2 = 12. 669,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Compound sea buckthom seed oil suppository has a more durable improvement for the vaginal micro-ecological environment and can effectively treat bacterial vaginosis.
