摘要
通过对旋转杆机构的分析,提出了油缸活塞杆最大受力的表达式,提出了旋转油缸行程和转臂转角的关系式,为设计计算和优化杆机构参数提供了依据。
: Nowadays The swivel of many hydraulic clay gun is performed by a piston cylinder and a rod mechanism. The formulas for the maximum force acting on the piston and for the relation between swivelling cylinder travel and the angle of the arm are given by the analysis of the swivelling mechanism, which provides basis for designing, calculation and optimizing the parameters of the rod mechanism.
