摘要
目的:探讨3D-TOF-MRA在椎基底动脉延长扩张症(vertebrbasilar dolichoectasia,VBD)中的诊断价值。材料与方法:对31例VBD患者的MRA资料进行回顾性分析。使用西门子Avanto1.5TMR扫描仪,应用3D-TOF-MRA获得原始图像,对所有患者均采用最大密度投影(MIP)技术对图像进行三维重组,参照Smoker等[2]对VBD的定义以及学者对其分型。结果:31例VBD病例组中,单纯型10例,骑跨型21例。结论:VBD临床表现复杂多样,3D-TOF-MRA在椎基底动脉延长扩张症(VBD)的诊断中有重要价值。
Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRA for vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia (VBD). Materials and Methods: MRA of 10 patients with VBD were retrospectively analysed. Soure images were got by SIMENZ Avanto 1. 5T MR. Maximum intensity project(MIP) were adopted to reconstruct 3D images in all cases. Results: There were 2 types of 10 cases with VBD, including simple types(n = 3) and saddle type( n = 6). Conclusion: The clinical performances of VBD is different, 3D - TOF - MRA is a very effective method for the diagnosis of VBD.
