摘要
近年来大学生就业难已成为一个严峻的社会现象。本文分析了影响大学生就业的一些因素,提出了一些措施来改善大学生就业情况,并认为提高大学生自身素质水平和综合能力水平是关键。
In recent years,graduates＇ employment has become a serious social phenomenon.This paper analyzes a number of factors that affect the employment of university students,and proposes a number of measures to improve the employment situation of students,thinks that to improve the students＇ quality level and the level of comprehensive ability is the key.
