摘要
目前社会体育专业学生的培养缺乏有针对性的实践教育体系,缺少固定的实习基地,实践实习时间少,方法单一,实践性不强,与社会合作不够。所以必须从思想观念上提高认识,优化实践课程体系、加强教师队伍、实践实习基地、管理机制等建设。进一步深化实践教学内容、时间和方法的改革,有效落实培养方案和计划,才能培养出具有较强的社会适应能力和专业技能的社会体育人才。
At present the students in social sports major are short of practical competence training because there are no practical education system, no the fixed practical study base, not enough time of teaching practice, no multi-training means and ways, no enough time to co-operate with social units. It is, therefore, that it must enhance the practical consciousness priorities to establish practical course system, to strenghten the teachers contigent to construct the teaching practice base and the management mechanism. It is to further deepen the practical content,reform of time and methodology, to carry out the training plan. Thus it can train the social sports talents who are suitable to meet the need of society be trained.
