摘要
远程研修课程方案的设计成为了研修质量的重中之重,如何设计出对学员有吸引力、有价值的课程困扰着课程设计教师。文章提出"模块化"、"主题化"、"问题化"、"微型化"的设计理念,并在近三年的福建省高中化学教师远程研修过程中进行探索与实践,不断改进,取得了较好的成效。
The design of the curriculum programs of remote training is the most important influencing factor for the quality of the training. How to design attractive and valuable curriculums for trainees puzzles teachers who design them. The paper presents the designing concepts of "modularization topicalization problematization" and "miniaturization", explores and practices them in the high school chemistry teachers" remote training in Fujian Province in the last three years with continuous improvement, and achieves good results.
