95598呼叫中心已成为电力企业统一对外联系的窗口,随着座席规模的增长,运维和数据保护的难度进一步加剧,面临着一系列挑战。文章将桌面云技术引入呼叫中心,并详细描述了桌面云座席的组成部分、关键技术和特点优势,能够全面满足呼叫中心业务的多种需求,具有广阔的应用前景。
The 95598 call center is an integrated approach for power enterprises to contact their customers. The increasing seats of the center brings many difficulties to data protection, operation and maintenance, thus the center is facing a series of challenges. This paper introduces the desktop cloud technology to the call center, and then describes components, critical technologies and characteristics of desktop cloud based seats in details. Practice shows that the desktop cloud technology can meet various business needs of the call center and has broad promising applications.
