摘要
国家电网公司公共信息模型(State Grid-Common Information Model,SG-CIM)是标准的、开放的公共信息模型及应用规范,以满足国家电网公司"三集五大"、坚强智能电网建设的数据需求,现阶段SG-CIM对信息通信系统自身描述方面亟需补充完善。文章结合信息通信系统监控的需求,遵循SG-CIM设计规范,针对电力信息通信专业、信息通信调度的组织、管控业务范围以及信息安全等方面实现标准模型设计。该模型提供信息通信系统监控的数据模型标准,统一信息通信调度业务的管理和监控范围,为今后信息通信调度的工作提供依据和指导,并发展和完善了SG-CIM。
State Grid-Common Information Model (SG-CIM) is a standard and open model and specification, and can meet the data needs of "three intensive management and five large-scale movements" and the construction of strong smart grid. The existing SG-CIM demands perfection in the information communication system description. Combining the SG-CIM specification with the needs of information system monitoring, this paper designs a standard model suitable for power information communication, communication scheduling organization, business scope management and control, and information security. The model provides a data model standard for information communication system monitoring, unifies the information communication scheduling business management and monitoring scope. It will be helpful to provide a reference for the information communication scheduling task and improve the SG-CIM model.
