摘要
采用高次多项式函数设计的高速凸轮虽能满足共轨式电控高压油泵对高压的要求,然而在满足高压的同时,为兼顾到高压对柱塞腔及共轨腔产生的冲击,研究在分析高次多项式单作用设计的凸轮对柱塞腔油压和供油量影响的基础上,通过采用高次多项式三作用设计的方式改进凸轮,以降低柱塞腔中压力波动和增加供油量,从而满足共轨系统的要求.
The high-speed cam of high order polynomial function can meet the common rail high-pressure pump pressure requirements. However, based on meeting the high-pressure requirements and taking into account the resulting impact of high pressure on the plunger cavity and the common rail chamber, this paper analyzes the impact of higher polynomial single-action design of the cam to plunger cavity pressure and the fuel supply, improves cam profile by using the higher polynomial three-action design of the cam to lower plunger cavity pressure fluctuations and increase the amount of fuel supply, thus meets the requirements of the common rail system.
