摘要
混杂性是当今跨文化研究和后殖民研究的一个重要词汇。自混杂性引入翻译理论后,混杂性为翻译的文化转向奠定了坚实的基础。本文从混杂性的词源和发展出发,通过分析以霍米.巴巴为主要代表的后殖民主义理论者对混杂性的定义,以此解读混杂性在翻译中的地位,以及混杂性的积极意义和消极意义。
Hybridity is an important word in contemporary study of cross cultures and post-colony. Since hybridity is used in translation theory, it makes a solid foundation for cultural turn of translation. From the angle of etymology and development of hybridity, the thesis analyzes the definitions of hybridity given by some main post-colonists, such as Homi Bhbaha. In this way, the status of hybridity in translation is analyzed. The positive and negative meaning of hybridity is also discussed.
