摘要
"支部建在连上"是中国共产党和中国人民解放军的建设必须坚持的一项基本原则和根本制度。"三湾改编"实施的这一组织制度,使一支秋收起义后的工农革命军在短期内形象焕然一新,并对中国革命产生了深远的影响。以经济学的视角分析,原因在于"支部建在连上"作为一种借鉴与学习,节约了交易费用;以其制度结构实现了显著的效益;产生了选择性激励而带来一种制度运行机制的创新。
The Establishment of Party Branch in Military Company is a basic principle and fundamental system that the CPC and PLA must stick to.This organizational institution made the Revolutionary Army of Workers and Peasants after the Autumn Harvest Uprising take on an altogether new look,and has a far-reaching influence on the CPC and PLA.From the economic perspective,the paper analyzes this measure and thinks that it saves transaction costs,realizes the salient benefits,and the selective excitation brings a system innovation.
