摘要
为使电网规划更加符合现代社会的各种要求,提出了一种基于地理信息系统的城市配电网规划辅助系统的架构,利用Visual Studio 2010和Arc GIS Engine9.3开发系统主要模块,实现配电网负荷预测、变电站自动布点、网络结构规划以及线路路径规划等基本功能。该系统已成功测试并运用于湖北黄冈地区的电力系统中,实践证明该系统不仅可以减轻电网规划人员的工作强度,而且还为其提供了先进的工作手段,提高了电网规划的水平。
To make the planning of distribution network better meet modern society’s various needs, this paper puts forward an architecture of urban distribution network planning support system based on GIS, develops main modules using Visual Studio .Net 2010 and ArcGIS Engine 9.3 development platform, and realizes basic functions including the distribution network load prediction, the auto-arranging of substations, the network topology planning and the wire path planning. The system has been put into operation in Huanggang district, Hubei after successful system testing. Practical results show that the system can not only decrease the workload of distribution network planners, but also provide advanced work means to improve the planning level.
