摘要 随着GPS导航应用技术的飞速发展和通讯技术的不断提高,对机动性强,数量众多的移动目标进行有效的监控,紧急救援和提供各种位置信息服务的需求越来越广泛,其在运输、物流行业的表现突出。本文从"低成本,高效率"的前提出发,借助Windows Mobile手机平台作为移动终端,通过无线分组业务(GPRS)和Google Map等技术构建了具有实时数据获取和传输功能的定位跟踪一体化平台,为全球定位系统(GPS)服务于信息化管理提供了一个较低成本的解决方案。实际测试表明,系统实时性强,数据传输稳定,实现了控制中心对数据的准确收发和对移动终端实时精确的跟踪,对于土地利用监测等具有应用前景。 With the rapid development of GPS on navigation applications and communications technology,the requirement asking largely the effective control and emergency rescue of a large number of moving targets with needs of a variety services in different location about information services says most often in the logistics sector and the transport.Starting from the premise of "low cost and high efficiency with platform of Windows Mobile phone as a mobile terminal,this article provides a low cost solution for the Global Positioning System(GPS) services in information management program by Packet Radio Service(GPRS) and Google Map technology to build the integrated platform with location and tracking of real-time data acquisition and transmission functions.The experimental results show that the system above has a powerful real-time transmission of data,and stable data control transceiver realized by the control center in relation with a precise tracking towards the mobile terminal in real time,so they will be good to monitor land use.
