摘要
利用磁控溅射在M-5Cr-5A1(原子分数,%)合金上制备与基体相同成分的微晶涂层.获得的涂层在 1000℃空气中进行了氧化实验.结果表明, 200 h氧化后涂层表面生成了分层结构的氧化膜:外层为NiO和NiA12O4,内层为连续致密的α-A12O3.微晶化使得Ni-Cr-A1系三元合金表面生成一层连续A12O3所需的Cr、A1含量大大降低.
Ni-5Cr-5A1(at% ) microcrystalline coating was prepared on the substrate of the are material by magnetron sputtering. Oxidation testing are performed on the coating in air at 1000℃. The results indicated that a multi-layer oxide scale was formed on the coating after 200h oxidation which was composed of NiO and NiAl2O4 in the outer layer and α-A12O3 in the inner layer. The contents of Cr and A1 necessary for the formation of a continuous α-A12O3 layer were significantly decreased through microcrystallization.
