烧伤后糖和蛋白质代谢紊乱与胰岛素调节作用 被引量:8

摘要 胰岛素是体内唯一调控糖、蛋白质和脂肪三大物质代谢的激素。大面积烧伤后存在严重的糖和蛋白质代谢的紊乱,近10多年来,胰岛素强化治疗在危重病患者治疗方面以及对糖和蛋白代谢的的显著作用,使得人们对它的研究不断深入,本文就烧伤后糖和蛋白质代谢紊乱与胰岛素调节作用作一综述。
