摘要
涟钢锚链钢的冷弯和物检合格率 1996年为 99.4%,1997年上半年只有 98.47%,为此组织了专门的调查研究 ,发现保护渣使钢锭表面增碳是冷弯开裂的主要原因 ,轧钢加热时间过长或温度过高 ,试样的加工等也是影响因素。采取相应的措施后 ,1998年涟钢锚链钢的合格率达到 10 0 %。
Percent of pass of cold bend and physical check of cable chain steel produced by this company was 99 4% in 1996 , 98 47%-in January～June of 1997. Investigation on cause of cold bend craze and plasticity nonacceptability of the steel was done. Results showed that main cause was to recarburize steel ingot face leased by shielding slag, other causes were too long heating time and high heating temperature of steel ingot in rolling, etc. After use of good quality control measure, percent of pass of cable chain steel was 100% in 1998.
