摘要
近年来,龙口市葡萄产业面临新的机遇和挑战,该文基于SWOT战略分析,针对研究对象,加入全新的"Abdication(放弃)"和"Boards(木板结构)"2个维度,形成AB-SWOT分析法,对龙口市葡萄产业进行更大范围的战略分析。并提出重新整合葡萄产业,开展品牌化战略目标导入市场,增强行业竞争力和可持续发展能力。
In recent years,there are some opportunities and threatens for the grape industry in Longkou.Based on the strategic-analysis tool SWOT,in view of the research object to create a new AB-SWOT method to analysis the grape industry in Longkou in a broader scope.And put forward area integration grape industry,carry out the brand strategic objectives into market,to strengthen the industry competitiveness and sustainable development ability.
