摘要
目的:探讨金银花叶的超临界CO2萃取研究,并对挥发性成分进行研究,以期为金银花叶的资源利用提供实验依据。方法:超临界CO2萃取金银花叶,采用单因素实验法考查萃取条件对浸膏收率和绿原酸得率的影响,确定最佳萃取工艺;并对超临界萃取出来的挥发油进行GC-MS分析研究。结果:超临界CO2萃取金银花叶的最佳萃取条件是:萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度50℃,分离釜Ⅰ压力6MPa,分离釜Ⅰ温度50℃,分离釜Ⅱ压力6MPa,分离釜Ⅱ温度45℃;挥发油的GC-MS分析共鉴定出39种化学成分。结论:超临界CO2萃取技术可用于提取金银花叶中挥发油及绿原酸。
Objective: To supply the evidence for development Honeysuckle leaf.Methods:In the paper, the process of supercriti-cal carbon dioxide extraction of the Chlorogenic Acid of Honeysuckle leaf was studied with a single-factor method. The influence of extraction pressure, period, temprctrure were discussed. And the volatile oil was analysised by GC-MS. Results:The optimal oper-ation paramcter of extraction was:extraction pressure at 30Mpa,extraction temperature at 50℃; separator Ⅰ pressure at 6MPa,scparator Ⅰ temperature at 50℃ ,separator Ⅱ pressure at 6 MPa,Separator Ⅱ temperature at 45℃, and 2 hours extraction period.The 39 componcnts were analysised by GC-MS.Conclusion:Supercritical CO2 extraction technology can be used to extract the es-sontial oil of the honeysuckle and chlorogenic acid.
