摘要
本文在对承德地区19家二级以上公立医院的信息中心人员问卷调查的基础上,对调查结果进行整理,从电子病历(EMR)系统功能、整合状况、制约因素等多方面进行详细的分析,寻找现状中存在的问题,对加快EMR系统建立和应用提出建设性的建议,以期探索EMR系统在医院更好、更快发展的道路。
Based on the survey to the current situation of electronic medical record of 19 second-class and above hospitals in Chengde City, this paper classifies the survey data, makes detailed analysis on system fianction, integration condition, factors of electronic medical records （EMR）, finds the current problems, and puts forward constructive suggestion, so as to explore a better, faster road for EMR in hospital.
