摘要 针对导弹箱式发射过程中燃气流对箱壁温度的影响,对导弹运动过程中燃气流场进行数值仿真,获取箱体内侧壁面附近燃气流的热物性参数,并根据燃气流场计算结果展开发射箱箱壁的传热研究。利用诺谟图法得到导弹发射过程中箱壁结构的温度变化情况,从而确定燃气流对发射箱箱体是否造成结构性的破坏,为发射箱的设计工作提供参考依据。 In order to research the effects of the jet flow on the container wall in the process of container-type missile launch, the jet flow field of the missile launch container during missile movement is simulated. Then the thermophysical parameters of jet flow near the wall are obtained. According to the numerical simulation results, the heat transfer computation is calculated and analyzed. The temperature change of the container wall in the missile launch process is obtained through the Nomogram method. The condition of temperature change will confirm whether the container is structurally damaged by the jet flow and provide valuable proposals and references to the launch container design.
