摘要
研究动力系统优化设计问题,为了分析600MW火力发电空冷机组汽动给水泵驱动汽轮机的排汽直接排至直冷系统,采用模块化建模,建立了机组的直流锅炉系统及汽机汽水系统的数学模型,在数学模型的基础上完成整个汽水系统的动态仿真模型。通过仿真表明,采用传统直冷系统的方案,在高负荷和高背压工况下,可以保证给水流量,但难以保证机组的输出功率,并影响高压汽源运行能力。采用改进方法,对直冷汽动给水泵的设计及安全、优化运行具有一定的指导意义。
In order to analyze the feasibility of a direct cooling system of the feed water pump steam driven turbine in a 600MW thermal power unit with direct air - cooling system, based on the principle of modular modeling, the mathematical models of the bOiler and turbine system were proposed, and the dynamic simulation models were also obtained. The simulation results show that basically the direct cooling system is feasible, but at high loads, it is difficult to guarantee the output power of the unit when the feed water flow is guaranteed, and the high pressure steam source and the overload capacity are important in this system. The results of this paper are useful for the design and optimal operation of a feed water pump.
