摘要
目的:建立同时测定舒眠胶囊中酸枣仁皂苷A和槲皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18反相柱,柱温为30℃,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-缓冲液(20:30:50,V/V/V),流速为1.5ml/min,检测波长为256nm,进样量为20μl。结果:酸枣仁皂苷A、槲皮苷检测质量浓度分别在10.168~101.68mg/L(r=0.9998)、9.285~92.85mg/L(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为99.7%、99.5%,RSD分别为1.98%、2.21%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,结果准确,重复性及回收率均理想,可用于舒眠胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of berberine jujuboside A and quercitroside in Shumian capsules. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. A Diamonsil C18 reversed-phase column was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-buffer solution (20 : 30 : 50, V/V/V) at the flow rate of 1.5 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 256 nm and injection volume was 20μl. RESULTS: The linear ranges ofjujuboside A and quercitroside were 10.168-101.68 mg/L (r=0.999 8) and 9.285-92.85 mg/L(r=0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries were 99.7% (RSD=1.98%, n=6) and 99.5% (RSD=2.21%, n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple and accurate with sound reproducibility and recovery, which can be applied for the quality control of Shumian capsule.
