摘要
本研究借用经济学的基尼系数,开发出综合教育基尼系数的指标框架及计算方法,并利用上海市两个区县39所学校的数据进行了测评,结果发现上海市小学教育发展比较均衡,但"高位均衡"还面临资源配置中的结构性矛盾及教育过程与教育质量中更复杂、更深层次的改革问题。本研究提出了相应的改革建议。
The research exploited a frame of indexes and an evaluation method to calculate the comprehensive Gini coefficient of education. 39 primary schools from two districts in the Shanghai municipality were assessed and the result showed that the developments of education among these schools are equilibrium. However, the achievement of the "High equilibrium" confronted the structural contradiction of resource allocation and the more complex and deeper reform issues of the educational process and educational quality. Some suggests were also proposed in this paper.
