摘要
自动控制阀门在工艺系统中起到控制调节作用,同时在故障状态下阀门的动作要保证设备处于安全状态。通过对吸附制氢装置在生产过程中一起突发事故的分析,发现了控制阀门在选型方面存在的(不符合工艺方面要求的)缺陷并进行改进,实施后保证了装置及气体管网的安全运行。
