摘要
以武汉石油化工总厂的聚丙烯生产装置为应用背景,针对SDG-HAZOP分析结果冗繁及主次不清等问题,提出了一种基于层次分析法的SDG-HAZOP定量分析方法。计算SDG-HAZOP中各个危险路径的相对重要度大小,并对其重要度大小进行排序,对重要危险隐患提出了相应的预防和改进措施。
Basing on the application of polypropylene production device in Wuhan Petrochemical Complex and considering the shortcoming of SDG-HAZOP analysis report,a SDG-HAZOP quantitative analysis method which based on analytic hierarchy process was proposed.Having objective evaluation weights of each dangerous path of the SDG-HAZOP calculated and their importance degree sequenced,measures of preventing potential dangers were presented.
