摘要
对采用工业煤气还原多钒酸铵(APV)制取V_2O_3工艺及相关参数进行了研究,得到了合格的V_2O_3产品。试验表明:APV在还原温度700~750℃、保温时间10~15min的条件下能够得到TV≥63%的V_2O_3产品,还原温度>750℃、还原时间15min条件下,能够得到TV>65%的V_2O_3产品。通过对温度和时间的控制,可以得到较高品位的V_2O_3产品(TV>66%)。在实际生产中,可以通过对还原温度、还原时间的控制,得到不同TV含量的V_2O_3产品,以满足钒铁冶炼和氮化钒生产对V_2O_3产品中TV的不同要求。
Qualified V_2O_3 product was obtained while the preparation process and related parameter of V2O3 were studied by using industrial gas to reduce ammonium polyvanadate(APV).The experimental results show that V_2O_3 product with TV(-oncentration less than 63%is acquired on condition that reduction temperature is between 700 and 750℃and the holding time ranges from 10 to 15 minutes.If the reduction temperature is above 750℃with the holding time of 15 minutes,the TV will be higher than 65%.High grade V_2O_3(TV66%) can be prepared by controlling the temperature and time.Through changing parameters of temperature and time,V_2O_3 with different TV contents can be produced to meet various requirements of ferrovanadium smelting and vanadium nitride production for TV in product.
