摘要
以某大型客车悬置系统作为研究对象,利用ADAMS建立了动力总成悬置系统的6自由度刚体动力学模型,求解其固有频率。并运用能量解耦法,反复修改设计变量,对优化前后的能量分布和动力学仿真进行比较。在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
Taking a large bus' s mounting system as a research object, the paper built the 6 DOF rigid body dynamic model of powertrain mounting system with ADAMS, solved the natural frequency, used the energy decoupling method, changed the design variables repeatedly, and then energy distribution and dynamic simulation were compared between the previous process and the optimized process. This proved a good result in practical application.
