摘要
21世纪基层图书馆面临着人员严重老化、专业技术人员缺乏以及职业道德素质偏低等问题。要改变这种状况,就必须改变传统的用人机制,引进人才,提高专业知识技能,加强思想道德教育,采用科学有效的激励机制不断提高基层图书馆的服务质量,从而达到充分发挥图书馆功效的目的。基于基层图书馆员队伍的现状,提出了若干改进措施。
In 21st century Grass-roots Libraries face many problems such as the serious aging of personnel, the lack of professional and technical personnel, and the lower occupational ethics. To solve these problems, the libraries must change the traditional employment system, introduce qualified personnel and improve their professional skills, and improve service quality of grass-roots libraries through adopting scientific and effective incentive mechanism, and thus attain the goal of giving full play to the improvement of service quality of the grass-roots libraries. Based on the present situation of grass- roots librarian team, this paper puts forward some solutions.
