摘要
随着国家图书馆服务职能的不断扩展,越来越多的读者涌入国家图书馆进行文献查阅和知识充电。通过分析读者办证服务的现状,探索办证途径的新思路,改进读者办证处现有服务模式,提出办证服务"走出去"的设想,呼吁读者证卡服务工作在传统的基础上不断发展和延伸。
Along with the service function expanding of National Library of China, more and more readers rush into National Library of China to make literature reviewing and knowledge charging. Through analyzing the status quo of the service for readers＇ library card application, this paper probes into some new ideas for the approach of library card application to improve existing service mode of library card application, puts forward a ＂go out＂ assumption for the service of library card application, and appeals that the service for readers＇ library card application should be continuously developed and expanded on the basis on traditional service mode.
