摘要
目的:比较头针配合体针与单纯体针治疗失眠症的疗效差异。方法:将80例临床确诊为失眠症的患者随机分为头体针组和体针组,每组40例,分别采用头针配合体针和单纯体针治疗,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评定两组患者治疗前后PSQI总积分并进行比较。结果:两组治疗后积分均比治疗前明显减少,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);头体针组治疗后积分显著低于体针组(P<0.01)。结论:针刺可明显改善睡眠,头针配合体针疗效优于单纯体针治疗。
Objective:To compare therapeutic effects between body acupuncture and scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture on insomnia. Methods:Eighty cases of insomnia were randomly divided into a scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group and a body acupuncture group,40 cases in each one.They were treated respectively by scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and simple body acupuncture.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was adopted to assess and compare PSQI total score before and after treatment for the patients in two groups. Results:After treatment,the cumulative scores in two groups reduced significantly(P﹤0.01);the difference of scores before and after treatment in the scalp-body acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the body acupuncture group(P﹤0.01). Conclusion:Acupuncture can improve sleep apparently for the patients with insomnia.The therapeutic effect of scalp combined with body acupuncture is better than that of simple body acupuncture.
