摘要
目的探讨精索静脉曲张对男性不育患者精子参数及精子DNA完整性的影响。方法选择精索静脉曲张男性不育患者56例,健康正常对照组80例,对其进行精液常规及精子DNA完整性检测。结果与对照组比较,精索静脉曲张男性不育患者精子密度、活率和A级精子活力百分率明显降低(P<0.05),精子DNA断裂指数(DFI)明显增高(P<0.05),两组差别有显著性意义。结论精索静脉曲张可引起精子DNA损伤和精液质量下降,是导致男性不育的重要原因之一。
Objective： To explore the effect of varicocele on spermatic parameters and DNA integrity in the patients with masculine sterility.Methods： 56 patients with masculine sterility were selected as the subjects and 80 healthy people were selected as the control group.All these people received conventional detection such as the common detection of semen and integrity of spermatic DNA.Results： Sperm count,motility rate and motility of A sperm decreased obviously and spermatic DNA fracture index increased evidently in the patients with masculine sterility compared with those in the control group（P0.05）.Besides,there was statistical significance for those indicators between these two groups.Conclusion： Varicocele that can result in injured sperm and reduced seminal quality is one of important reasons for causing masculine sterility.
