摘要
在辅助生殖技术中,体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的胚胎着床率始终徘徊在20%-30%,究其原因,约1/3由于胚胎发育潜能异常,另2/3由于子宫内膜容受性不佳。正常月经周期中,子宫内膜允许胚胎着床的阶段称为"种植窗期",在这一时期,子宫内膜组织中多种细胞因子和生长因子通过不同信号途径共同影响胚胎着床的过程,其中信号转导和转录活化因子3(Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)信号途径在多种影响机制中起关键的调节作用。
The rate of embryo implantation in In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer(IVF-ET) is low about 20%-30%.One third of implantation failure might be attributed to the embryo itself.The remaining 2/3 of failure appears to be the result of inadequate uterine receptivity.Endometrium is receptive to the embryo for a short period in normal menstrual cycle.Many cytokines and growth factors influence embryo implantation by different signal transductions,one of which is Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3).Here how the STAT3 in endometrium influencing embryo implantation is viewed in this article.
