摘要
建设西部经济强区是广西第十次党代会提出的奋斗目标。经济强区既是现实经济发展水平的综合反映,也是潜在发展能力的体现,可以用区域竞争力来衡量。通过构建省际区域竞争力评价体系,建立相关模型,借助现代统计分析方法进行实证分析,发现广西的区域竞争力在西部省区中处于中下游水平。广西要建设西部经济强区,必须扬长避短,从单纯依靠比较优势向着力培育竞争优势转变。
To build the western economic powerful region in China is the goal proposed in the Guangxi C.EC. lOth congress of Party Representatives. Economic powerful region is not only the reflection of the real economic developing level, but also the representation of the potential developing power, which can be measured by regional competitiveness. Through establishing the evaluation system of inter-provincial competitiveness, relevant model and empirical analysis by using statistics, it is pointed out that the regional competitiveness of Guangxi is at the low level in China. Therefore, to build economic powerful region Guangxi should turn from comparative advantages to cultivate its own competitive advantages.
