摘要
21世纪以来,山西煤炭企业以采煤为主,科技、人才等方面投入比较低,形成了科技水平低、含碳高、环境问题严重、安全问题突出、人才缺乏为特征的5块"短板",同时给社会带来了严重的环境问题、资源问题等。中国能源需求的不断增加,科学发展观的不断深入,能源世界化趋势的不断加快,客观上要求山西煤炭企业必须立足国际、历史、现实维度,在理论、战略、管理、科技、制度、文化、保障等方面进行不断创新。
In the 21st century, Shanxi＇s coal enterprises takes coal mining as the main task with lower input in technology and human resources, forming five short slabs characterized by the lower level of science and technology, higher carbon content, serious environmental problems, outstanding security issues and the lack of talent, and bringing serious environmental problems and resource issues to the society at the same time. The ever-increasing of China＇s energy demand, the ever-deepening of scientific concept of development, and the ever-accelerating of globalization trend of the energy, objectively require Shanxi＇ s coal enterprises must be based on international, historical and realistic dimensions, and make continuous innovation in theory, strategy, management, technology, system, culture, and security, etc.
