摘要
国内越来越多火电厂石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫装置因燃煤硫分变化及其他原因需要进行增容改造。针对荷泽电厂三期脱硫装置出力不足、脱硫效率低、GGH结垢堵塞、系统能耗偏高和运行稳定性差等问题,通过采取增加浆液再分布装置、优化除雾器设计、增压风机变频改造和脱硫系统运行优化等措施,提高了脱硫系统运行的稳定性、可靠性和经济性,满足了当地环保要求,可为同类型烟气脱硫装置增容改造工程提供参考。
More and more thermal power plant wet flue gas desulphurization system will be increased the capacity by the coals sulfur change or other causes in China. In a power plant desulfurization device output power,low efficiency of desulfudzation,GGH fouling and clogging of high energy consumption and operation stability, sys- tem the problem such as difference,through the adoption of wet flue gas desulfurization device capacity, increas- ing slurry redistribution device, optimization design of demister,booster fan frequency conversion and desulphuri- zation system operation optimization measures,improve the desulfurization the system stability,reliability and e- conomy, meet the local requirements of environmental protection. The purpose is providing the reference scheme for similar power plant FGD system capacity extension.
