摘要
目的了解浦东新区各级医疗机构消毒状况,进一步加强医疗机构的消毒管理工作,为提高各级医疗机构消毒质量提供科学依据。方法按照GB 15981-1995《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》、GB 15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》、GB 18466-2005《医疗机构污水排放标准》、卫生部《消毒技术规范》2002版的要求及检测方法进行检测。结果 2011年浦东新区医疗机构总体消毒合格率为98.41%,各类医疗机构在4个季度消毒合格率分别为100.00%、99.44%、98.03%和96.96%;不同性质医疗机构消毒合格率相比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.257,P=0.071)。结论各类科室室内空气、工作人员手消毒质量有待加强;卫生监督部门应加强监督指导工作的力度,常态管理,督促各医疗机构切实抓好日常消毒工作,改进并提高消毒管理水平,控制医疗机构内感染的发生。
[ Objective ] To know the status of disinfection in medical institutions in Pudong New Area, further improve the disinfec- tion management of medical institutions, and provide a scientific basis for enhancing the disinfection quality in medical institutions. [ Methods] The detection was conducted according to the requirements and methods of the Evaluating method and standard for the efficacy of disinfection and sterilization （ GB 15981-1995 ）, the Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals （ GB 15982-1995 ）, the Requirements for medical organization sewage discharge （ GB 18466-2005 ） and the Technical standard for disinfection 12002 edition, Ministry of Health）. [ Results ] The overall qualified rate of disinfection in medical institutions in Pudong New Area in 2011 was 98.41%, and that in four quarters was respectively 100.00%, 99.44%, 98.03% and 96.96%. There was no significant difference in qualified rate of disinfection among different types of medical institutions （χ2 = 3. 257 ,P = 0.071 ）. [ Conclusion] The disinfection quality of indoor air and workers＇hands needs to be strengthened. The health supervision department should improve the guidance and normal management, urge the medical institutions to implement the daily disinfection, enhance the level of disinfection management, so as to control the nosocomial infection.
