摘要
研究基于小波变换的高质量运动图象压缩编码方法。通过对运动估计后图象内的帧内编码宏块首先进行离散余弦变换（DCT）编码，然后再对整幅图象进行小波变换（WT）与零树编码，从而达到运动图象的高质量压缩编码目的。
The paper researches the high quality compression and coding method of motion pictures basedon wavelet transform. Through coding the Intra macroblock in motion estimated image using discrete cosinetransform at first, and then coding the entire Amage using wavelet transform and zerotree, we gain the purposeof high quality compression and coding of motion pictures. The experiments result shows that the performanceof our scheme is quite good.
