摘要
太原重工某大型锻造热处理厂房设有大吨位重型硬钩吊车(450t硬钩吊车),且厂房场地小,还要考虑到其与老厂房之间的对接,因此对结构布置和构件截面尺寸控制条件严苛。为了既能满足工艺要求,又不让厂房端部占用厂区道路,需将吊车底部以上的山墙及其有关构件从厂房端柱悬挑出3.5m。还设有底板深27m紧贴厂房基础边的井式炉等较多的大型地下构筑物,且这些地下构筑物都要求在厂房结构完成后再施工,给设计方案的确定带来很大难度。通过对该厂房结构设计方法及特点的介绍,重点分析了厂房结构布置及选型、设备基础和深基坑处理、特殊山墙及纵墙做法等几方面内容。
A large forging heat treatment factory workshop of Taiyuan Heary Industry Co.,Ltd.is equipped with large-tonnage heavy-duty hard hook crane(450t) and has small venues.The docking between it and the old plant must be taken into account,which makes high demands on structural arrangement and cross-section.In order to not only meet the technical requirements,but also not let the plant ends occupy factory road,the gables and its related components need to overhang 3.5m from columns.It also has lots of large underground structures such as 27m deep pit furnace close to the plant base side,and those structures need to be constructed after the completion of the plant structure.So it brings a large difficult to the determination of design.Structural design of workshop,analysis of structure arrangement,equipment base and deep foundation,special gables and vertical walls,and etc.were introduced.
