摘要
华润置地郑州万象城购物中心(一期)为复杂超限高层建筑,建筑物体量庞大,房屋结构高度为40.65m,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。结构中同时存在扭转不规则、平面开大洞、大悬挑、竖向构件不连续、斜柱等多项平面及竖向不规则情况。系统地介绍了针对结构多项超限的对策、计算分析方法、中庭部位地下室局部抗浮措施、平面大洞口间楼板弱连接设计、超长结构的楼板温度应力、大跨度及长悬臂构件设计、框架结构中楼梯构件的处理等设计关键问题。
The Commercial Part of Zhengzhou Huarun Mixc City Phase Ⅰis a huge size concrete frame structure with 40.65m high.The structure is irregular on many aspects,such as irregular torsion,big opening,large span canopy,uneven floor stiffness distribution,leaned column and etc.Some key techniques of design,such as countermeasures to solve the above problems,calculation and analysis methods,local anti floating measures in basement,weak connection design on floor with local big opening,temperature stress action for super long structure,design of large span and long cantilever members,stair component in frame structure and etc,were introduced.
