锥形束CT在牙槽突裂植骨术中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:利用锥形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)检测牙槽突裂植骨术植入骨量的准确性。方法:对12例单侧牙槽突裂患者实施自体髂嵴松质骨植骨术。术前利用CBCT测算牙槽突裂隙体积,根据计算结果指导术中植骨量;术中利用注射器压缩法计算实际植骨量,计算与术前CBCT测算牙槽突裂骨缺损体积比值的平均值;术后1周利用CBCT对植入骨量进行测量,与术中实际植骨量数据进行比较分析。结果:术中实际植入骨量体积与术前CBCT测算牙槽突裂骨缺损体积比值的平均值为1.43±0.07。术后测量体积与术中实际植骨量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后CBCT测量牙槽突裂植骨量准确性为(97.80±1.50)%。结论:CBCT可以准确地评估牙槽突裂裂隙体积及手术植骨体积,具有指导手术及进行术后评价的临床应用价值。
