摘要
将醋酸乙烯(VAc)和烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)进行溶液共聚,再经醇解,合成了带磺酸基的PVA衍生物PVA-SO_3Na;对共聚和醇解的工艺条件进行了探讨;用DSC、红外、核磁共振、微库仑分析法等测试手段对产品的结构进行了表征;还用粘度、醇解度等常规分析方法测定了产品的性能。将PVA-SO_3Na添加在维氯纶纺丝原液中,用自制的装置测定了该PVA-PVC共混液的机械稳定性。实验表明:所合成的PVA-SO_3Na具有表面活性剂的作用,对提高维氯纶纺丝原液的机械稳定性有良好作用。
In this work,a new type polymer surfactant is synthesized by polymerization of vinyl acetate(VAc)and sodium allyl sulfate(SAS). After saponification,PVA derivative with sodium sulfonate group on it (PVA-SO_3Na)is obtained.By using DSC,IR spectrum,NMR,microcolumn analysis and other methods,the structure of the product is characterized and its properties such as viscosity and saponification degree are determined.PVA-SO_3Na was added into PVA-PVC spinning solution,the mechanical stability of the solution was determined by using a self-made laboratory instrument.Experiment shows that PVA-SO_3Na obtained in this work can act both as a surfactant and an emulsifier in the spinning solution to improve its mechanical stability.
