摘要
本文针对一款厚度为8 mm小型平板环路热管进行了实验研究,该热管的毛细芯由铜粉烧结而成,采用水作为工质,蒸发器及管线均由铜制成,分析了不同冷凝位置对环路热管传热特性的影响。研究表明冷凝器位置越靠近蒸发器出口,环路热管启动性能越好,最大热负荷也越大,但低功率时运行温度会较高,而冷凝器位置靠近储液室时,热管表现出与前者相反的传热特性。
A miniature loop heat pipe prototype with 8 mm thick fiat evaporator, in which water was used as working fluid and copper was the wick and pipeline material, was fabricated in this work. The investigation on the heat transfer characteristics of different condenser location was carried out and discussed in detail. The results indicated that the closer of the condenser location to evaporator outlet, the easier of the loop to get startup, however, the higher operating temperature under low heat load. While the condenser location is close to the compensation chamber inlet, the heat transfer characteristics show opposite phenomena.
