摘要
利用激光光热法测量了氮化铝陶瓷在90~300 K范围内的热扩散率。为了探讨测量方法的可靠性,以无氧铜为标准样品,研究了加热激光的调制频率对热扩散率测量结果的影响,得出调制频率的选择对计算结果的准确性影响很大.为得到准确的测量结果,调制频率应随测试温度的下降而增大,特别是当温度低于120 K时,增加幅度变大,这个规律在测量氮化铝热扩散率时同样适用。氮化铝的热扩散率随着温度上升而下降,而且在90~150 K范围内的变化较剧烈,最后解释了出现这一现象的原因。
The thermal diffusivity of aluminum nitride was measured using the Laser Photothermal Method (LPM) from 90 K to 300 K. The copper was used as reference material and the thermal diffusivity of copper was measured at first using the LPM. It was found that the modulation frequency had a great influence on the measured results. The modulation frequency increased with the decrease of the temperature. When the temperature was lower than 120 K, the rate of the increase was higher. The above role was also applied to the measurement of the thermal diffusivity of aluminum nitride. The thermal diffusivity of aluminum nitride decreased with the increase of the temperature. In the temperature range of 90-150 K, the thermal diffusivity changed greatly, and this phenomenon was explained at last.
