摘要
采自某高砷金矿的氧化亚铁硫杆菌(SH-T)菌种是优良的菌种。通过一系列的极端条件试验表明它具有高的生存温度:25~52℃,在43℃时还具有氧化二价铁的能力,耐热耐砷性强,可以作为处理难浸金矿的浸矿菌种.
The Thiobacillus ferrooxoidans strain SH-T which was isolated directly from acid mine water in arsenopyrite gold ores is a kind of fine strain. A series of experiments under extreme conidtions showed that the strain SH-T could tolerate higher temperature and higher arsenic ion concentration, and could grow at 25-52℃ and oxidize Fe2+ to Fe3+ in solutions at 43℃. Hence, it could be used for the biological oxidation process of refractory gold ores.
