摘要
目的:研究满山白的化学成分。方法:采用ODS反相硅胶柱色谱、凝胶Sephadex LH-20等多种柱色谱学手段,对满山白叶水提物化学成分进行分离和纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从满山白叶水提物中分离出13个化合物,分别鉴定为5-甲氧基二聚松柏醇(1),二聚松柏醇(2),左旋丁香树脂酚(3),(-)-lyoniresinol(4),(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),(-)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚-l-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),ni-koenoside(8),3,5,7-三羟基色原酮-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(9),3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚(10),东莨菪内酯(11),东莨菪苷(12),槲皮苷(13)。结论:化合物1~12均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Rhododendron seniavinii. Method : Compounds were isolated from the aqueous extract of the leaves of R. seniavinii by using Sephadex LH-20, ODS open column chromatography and other means. Their structures were elucidated according to spectral data and physiochemical properties. Result: Thirteen compounds were isolated from R. seniavinii and identified as 5-methoxydehydroconiferyl alcohol (1) , dehydroconiferyl alcohol (2) , ( - )-syringarcsinol (3) , ( - )- lyoniresinol (4), ( + )-lyoniresinol 3c^-O-/3-D-glucopyranoside (5), (-)-lyoniresinol 3c^-O-/3-D-glucopyranoside (6), 3,4,5-trime- thoxyphenyl-l-O-/3-D-glucopyranoside (7), nikoenoside (8), 3,5,7-trihydroxychromone-3-O-c^-L-rhamnopyranoside (9), 3,4,5-tri- methoxyphenol ( 10), scopoletin ( 11 ), scopolin ( 12 ) and quercitrin ( 13 ). Conclusion : Compounds 1-12 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
