摘要
目的总结与分析基层精神卫生中心护理组织文化状况,为医院护理管理提供参考依据。方法 2012年2月-4月,参照丹尼森组织文化模型量表对泸州市精神卫生中心护士进行分层次随机调查,并对其结果进行分析评价。结果发放问卷30份,收回29份,有效应答率96.67%,其中参与性维度的得分相对其他维度较高(4.00±0.84)分,使命维度得分较低(3.33±1.04)分。战略导向与意图因子、协调与整合因子、能力发展因子、组织学习因子得分较低。结论护理组织文化关系着护理组织的发展方向,正确导向组织发展,有利于保证护理质量,促进护理人员自身的发展,强化医院核心竞争力。
Objective To investigate the organizational culture status of nursing in primary mental healthcare center,in order to provide reference for hospital nursing management.Method? From February to April 2012,we randomly surveyed nurses of Luzhou Mental Healthcare Center at different levels based on Denison model of Organizational Culture Scale,and evaluated the survey results.Results?Twenty-nine out of the 30 questionnaires were returned with an effective response rate of 96.67%.The results showed that scores for the dimension of involvement were relatively high(4.00 ± 0.84),while scores for mission were relatively low(3.33 ± 1.04).Scores for the factors of strategic orientation and intention,coordination and integration,ability development,and organizational learning were also low.Conclusions?Nursing organizational culture is closely related to the development direction of nursing organizations.Correct orientation of organization development can ensure the quality of care,facilitate individual development of the nurses,and enhance core competitiveness of the hospital.
