摘要
目的为我国制订预防药品短缺相关措施提供参考。方法运用文献资料法,对加拿大预防药品短缺策略进行介绍与分析。结果加拿大制订的预防药品短缺策略通过确定基本药物、完善药品定价政策、加强药企监管、建立信息平台、明确利益相关者职责、重视与国际组织的合作来保障药品供应。结论加拿大预防药品短缺策略可为我国制订相关措施提供参考。
Objective To provide suggestions to improve our drug shortage strategies. Methods The study was done by literature research methods from introducing and analyzing the strategies of preventing drug shortage in Canada. Re- sults Canada took some steps to prevent drug shortage including determining essential drugs, improving drug pricing policy, strengthening the supervision of the pharmaceutical companies, establishing information platforms, determining stakeholder responsibilities and emphasizing cooperation with international organizations. Conclusion The strategies in Canada are of significant importance to the improvement of our drug shortage strategies.
